Another hartal: Kerala LDF announced state lockdown next Monday ​

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM,: The ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF) in Kerala can hold a state-wide hartal (strike) on Monday in protest against the crisis within the cooperative sector as a result of demonetization of Rs 500 and Rs 100 currency notes.
The CPM State Secretariat met here on thursday and set to decision a state-wide strike on the problem. different LDF allies have expressed similar sentiments on the problem.
Essential services would be excluded from the hartal on Monday.
